What the ranking shows
Tiny collections lead the list
The four smallest collections by number issued are the same four that top this ranking. Algorithm Cups has 188 issued and 162 upgraded, and 4 were for sale on Fragment on the snapshot date. Intelligence Cups has 220 issued and 108 upgraded, with only 3 listed. Heart Lockets, with 1,973 issued, and Plush Pepes, with 2,861, complete the group. With so few pieces in circulation, a handful of owners sets the cheapest ask, and it can sit far above the rest of the market.
A steep drop after the top four
Only 4 collections started at 1,000 TON or more, and 14 started at 100 TON or more. Half of the catalog, 60 of 120, had a lowest listing of 8 TON or less. The cheapest entry point of the day was 5 TON, shared by 34 of them. In other words, first place on this list costs close to 2,000 times as much as the cheapest way into the catalog.

Rarity inside a collection
Telegram launched collectible gifts in January 2025. When a gift is upgraded, it gets a model drawn by Telegram artists plus random secondary traits: a backdrop color, a symbol and a serial number. You can also send a gift that is already upgraded. Telegram’s API describes how rare each attribute is in permille, and marketplaces such as Tonnel show it as a percentage next to each listing.
Heart Lockets shows how far this goes. Fragment counted 1,317 of them, fewer than the 1,950 upgraded in the table above, so these trait counts cover Fragment’s set only. Those 1,317 were spread across 60 models, 80 backdrops and 236 symbols. The rarest models appeared on 10 pieces each, and 12 symbols on just one Heart Locket each. Two lots from the same set can therefore be listed thousands of TON apart.
Crafted gifts
Since February 2026, owners can also craft gifts. Up to 4 upgraded gifts are combined into an Uncommon, Rare, Epic or Legendary version, and each extra gift raises the chance of success. Our dataset does not mark crafted lots, so the ranking treats them like any other listing.
Why the lowest listing is not the price of the most expensive gift
This ranking measures the cheapest way in. A single gift with a rare combination of traits is usually listed much higher. Where Fragment’s full on-sale list was captured, the spread is easy to see: the 41 Heart Lockets for sale were asking from 1,379 to 60,000 TON, and the 58 Precious Peaches from 321 to 33,333 TON.
Those numbers are asks. A lot listed at 60,000 TON shows what its owner wants, not how much money anyone paid. Our data contains no completed sales, so this article makes no record-sale claims. Inside Telegram
Telegram runs its own gift marketplace. Since May 2025, you can buy rare collectibles from other Telegram users and sell your own for Stars, with filters for model, backdrop and symbol. Since December 2025, you can also make an offer inside Telegram on a gift you see in someone’s profile, in Stars or TON. The payment is reserved and comes back in full if the owner rejects the offer or it expires. Since November 2025, new limited releases are distributed through auctions with bids in Stars, and your place in the auction sets the gift’s number.
Fragment and TON marketplaces
Upgraded gifts can be moved to the TON blockchain. Moving a gift to a TON wallet lets you use outside services such as auction sites. Fragment lists them in TON, and this ranking is built from its listings. To buy there, you connect a funded wallet. Getgems, Portals, MRKT and Tonnel trade these NFTs as well, and each has its own listings, so the lowest ask there can differ from Fragment’s in either direction. Check each venue’s fees before you buy Telegram NFTs there.
A note on the currency name: in June 2026 the network’s coin was renamed from Toncoin (TON) to Gram (GRAM). Balances and NFTs did not change, and Fragment still shows the TON sign, so this article keeps TON.
